Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear may not be eligible for return if the packaging seal is broken.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
